Old friends and new friends welcome all.
Upon reflecting 2023, we had the privileged of meeting new horses with challenges and offering clients ideas and practical hands-on approaches to achieving and furthering their horsemanship skills in pursuing their dreams and goals.
We have offered some new categories this year, namely ‘Boot Camp for your Horse’ and ‘Boot Camp for the Horse and Owner.’ Still in its infancy, we’re endeavouring to help with a concentrated short term educational programme with special emphasis on your specific areas the owner wants to develop, improve or challenge the horse to become more confident in tasks desired from the owner. Should you wish to find out more, details appear on our website www.justequus.com.au.
Just Equus is also pleased to introduce new members. Some of our clients have already meet them. On becoming part of the team is not just on ability but more importantly desire to improve themselves and the love of horses accompanied with a good work ethics.
So, a big welcome to Molli Fletcher, Natsha Hildrew and towards the end of the year long time friend Emilly Reily. Molli’s mother Holli has also come on board with her keen eye in photography, marketing and general support.
Eva has been very busy with her full-time work but still managers to support Just Equus in all fascist of the business, without her Just Equus doesn’t function.
Wade my son has also started showing more interest in riding and Just Equus as a little helper.
As always, we have our regular clients and a group of equine enthusiasts who meet every fortnight. As with all things regularity is the best way to improve on a positive rise in confidence and ability. Well done to you all you know who you are.
Also, a big hello to those new clients willing to participate in our clinics and coming along with an open mind and heart and putting faith into letting us suggest ideas and giving things a fair dinkum go. As always people realise, they are not alone in their journey with their horse, and like-minded people give comfort to each other, it’s not a competition and once we stop worrying about others and concentrate on where were at and work from there, progress can be achieved.
Believe in yourself!
Once again, the importance of groundwork as a foundation, building on this and taking the principles learnt on the ground and taking this with us into the saddle with confidence.
Looking forward to 2024, being able to work with more horses and meeting old acquaintances and meeting new people, exchanging ideas and being with like minded people in pursuit of expanding our knowledge such that we can enjoy our equine partner to the fullest.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New year and may the new year be kind to us all.
